Payment:
The regular conference fee is 290 EUR (1300 PLN), reduced fee for PhD students is 240 EUR (1100 PLN) and for accompanying persons is
200 EUR (900 PLN).
Fee should be paid in EUR or PLN. All bank charges must be covered by the participants.
The payment for the conference should be done by bank transfer.

Conference fee includes:
• participation in scientific sessions
• conference materials
• publication of one manuscript (if accepted)

Please, notice that the conference fee does not include the accommodation costs. All the participants are kindly asked to make their own accommodation arrangements in Krakow.
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, loss suffered while attending events or other risks. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance if needed.
We are happy to welcome accompanying persons! The registration fee for accompanying persons includes all social events & lunches.
